Core Agreement
By using ListHall, you agree to use the service for lawful, respectful recommendations and to follow the posting, copyright, moderation, and media limits below.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Use accurate account information and do not impersonate another person or organization.
Posting Rules
Do not post pornographic, sexually explicit, adult, NSFW, exploitative, hateful, harassing, threatening, illegal, spammy, deceptive, or malware-related content. Do not post private personal information about other people.
Copyright and Rights
Only post images, text, links, and recommendations that you own, created yourself, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to share. Do not post copyright-protected images, copied reviews, copied articles, brand assets, or other protected work unless you have the right to do so.
Image and Media Limits
ListHall is for lightweight recommendations, not media hosting. Images must be JPG, PNG, or WebP, no larger than 3 MB, and no wider or taller than 2400 pixels. GIFs, videos, direct large media file links, and unsupported file types are not accepted.
Immediate Publishing and Review
Clean posts can publish immediately after automated checks. ListHall may reject, hide, remove, or limit content after posting if it is flagged by automated checks, user reports, copyright concerns, safety concerns, or admin review.
Reports and Takedowns
Users can report content that appears to violate these rules. Production copyright notices should go to the published copyright contact for ListHall. Before public launch, ListHall should add a real copyright notice address and designated-agent details where applicable.
Your Content License
When you post content to ListHall, you keep your rights, but you give ListHall permission to host, display, organize, moderate, promote, and make that content available as needed to operate the service.
Affiliate and Outbound Links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links. ListHall may earn a commission when people buy through some links. Do not use ListHall to manipulate clicks, mislead users, or route people to unsafe destinations.
Platform Abuse
Do not scrape, crawl, spam, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, evade moderation, create fake engagement, or use automated systems in a way that harms ListHall or other users.
Changes
These MVP terms may change as the product moves toward launch. Production terms should include final company details, dispute terms, governing law, contact information, and any region-specific notices.
